SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT (ST)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. SMK Teknik Komputer Jaringan

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with Client Devices (Desktop dan Laptop Computer Devices, Printers, Scanners, etc)
• Experience with Network Devices (crimping cable, router, switch, troubleshooting)
• Experience with Mikrotik Router
• Experience with Ms. Office (Word, excel, power point)
• Experience with Linux based system and Windows Server
• Working knowledge of Electrical Peripheral and Installation (point plus)
• Have at least 3 years of similar work experience (point plus)
• Willing to work in Surabaya and mobile out of town if needed

Senior Engineer (SE)

Qualifications:

• Min. D3/S1 Sistem Komputer, Teknik Informatika, Teknik Komputer
• Minimum age 26 years old

Requirements:

• Expert on Linux based systems, Windows Server based systems Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, DHCP, DNS)
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols (IGP, EGP, Trunk, LACP, OSPF)
• Experience with Data Centers, Colocation Facilities, Cloud System
• Working knowledge of physical infrastructure design including structured cabling and fiber-optic cabling
• Experience with Computer/ Server/ Storage hardware installation & troubleshooting
• Willing to work in Surabaya and mobile out of town if needed

Point Plus:

1. Any Network Certification related
2. Any Sysadmin and Security Certification related
3. Have at least 3 years of similar work experience
4. Working knowledge of Electrical Peripheral and installation
