Berdiri pada tahun 1995, PT. Primajaya Prasarana (lebih dikenal dengan nama brand komersialnya sebagai Ateraland Group) adalah perusahaan pengembang properti (developer) dengan kantor pusat berlokasi di area Kecamatan Gunung Putri Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Ateraland Group berfokus pada pembangunan kawasan perumahan dan komersial, salah satunya adalah proyek Asana Residence. Selain Asana Residence, Ateraland Group memiliki sejumlah proyek pengembangan perumahan lain di area berkembang seperti koridor Cibubur dan Cimanggis, Perumahan Taman Laguna Cibubur, Perumahan Permata Kranggan dan Cibubur Residence, Garden Residence at Emeralda Golf.
