Job Description:

1. Manage employee competency assessment & training (CAT) activities
2. Create & update Competency tools
3. Prepare update Talent Mapping & High Potential Identification Process
4. Conduct employee training based on company schedule

Qualification:

• Maximum age 26 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management
• Min. 1 year experiences in assesment field, Freshgraduates welcome to apply
• Preferably from having certificate of CHRO
• Understand Regulation & process of Aprenticeship & Internship
• Good analyze and attention to detail
• Passion with administrative things
