KUALIFIKASI

• Final year student or fresh graduates from Psychology major or equivalent
• Had internship / organizational experience in Recruitment field is a plus
• Actively participated in organizations or extracurricular activities
• Good understanding of talent acquisitions
• Available to commit in the program for 3 months
• Own personal computer and have access to internet connections

JOB DETAILS

1. Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attracting passive candidates.
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing online screenings.
3. Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
