Project Support [Paid Internship]

Responsibilities

1. Break down a brief with Project Manager and Creative Director.
2. Contact vendors who have been selected by the Project Manager and Creative Director.
3. Conducting Vendor Briefings with Project Managers and Creative Directors.
4. Make deals with vendors that are carried out with supervision by the Project Manager.
5. Assisting the project manager in making a budget.
6. Create a project timeline supervised by Project Manager.
7. Ensure the project runs according to the time line.

Requirements

• Minimum 5th semester students, Bachelor Degree in Business Management, MICE, Communication or Marketing.
• Familiar with Excel / Google Sheet.
• Have Knowledge about Budget, Timeline, Scope, Risk Management.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills Quick thinking and accurate.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
