IPQA

• Conducts in-process checks on all workstation at stipulated time that the Production Operators.
• Issue PDR report if non-conformance found
• Conduct Buy Off and FAI properly on all workstation
• Reports to Supervisor on discrepancies found on processes and issue Process Discrepancy reports to production
• Updates and files all inspection records neatly and timely Follow-up on Correctives actions on Processes as instructed by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Senior High School
• Experience 1-3 years in the same function
• Can operate measuring equipment (caliper, micro, smart scoop, measuring tape, steel ruler)
• Able to read Drawing
• Willing to work in shift

QUALITY ENGINEER

• Verifies, investigates and analyses quality problems, external and internal.
• Follow-up on corrective actions to ensure quality problems are resolved effectively
• Handle customer audit and provide good effective corrective action for all findings.
• Analysis the quality trend and establish good tracker to improve quality and reduce customer complaint and DPPM.
• Make 8D report to tackle the actual root-cause and implement effective CAPA to prevent recurring issue.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Industrial/ Mechanical)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with cable/PCB test procedure for different standard
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance regulations, standards, and best practices
• Detail-oriented with a strong dedication to quality and compliance.
• Experience 3-5 years in the same function
• Fluent in English

TEST TECHNICIAN

• Control and improve on the manufacturing processes that related to product test performance
• Ensure that quality of Product/New product can pass testing requirement by Customer
• Resolve any problems occurring on test equipment, test parameter, part failure analysis
• Responsible to create work instruction/SOP for new product and new process introduction (specific for test station)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Experience 1-3 years in the same function
• Computer literate MS excel, word, Power Point
• Familiar with electrical/ electronic components, wire harness, etc
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work in shift

Maintenance Technician

• Check and ensure that all machinery's, tooling and equipment's used are serviceable at all times
• Ensure that the machinery's are running in accordance to the parameter set and within the desired capacity
• service the machine in accordance to the maintenance schedule
• Reduce machine breakdown
• Ensure production run smoothly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
• Computer literate MS excel, word, Power Point, graphs would be a plus
• Experience 1-3 years in the same function
