HR LEGAL

What you will do:

1. Manage company permits, company documents, employment, and company and employee work agreements
2. Manage and monitor company permit & legal deadlines
3. Create and review internal and external company agreements Responsible for HR & Legal work (PKWT / PKWTT, Legal, Industrial Relations & Recruitment)
4. Carrying out reporting duties to government agencies
5. Handle administrative work related to legal matters
6. Create and prepare work contracts

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the related field (preferred)
• Honest, initiative, firm, and has good negotiation skills
• Can work based on a priority scale and carefully
• Neat in data filling and company filing
• Able to work individually and in a team
• Willing to WFO at Meruya, West Jakarta
