Qualifications:

• S1 Electrical of Mechanical in reputable university
• Previous experience in engineering, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Proven experience in a management role

Skills:

1. Good understanding of MEP & Civil on building areas
2. Good understanding of Fire System & installation
3. Experience with all aspects of building services
4. Audio visual background and knowledge
5. Generator set, LVMDP, AC knowledge
6. Able to write reports, check list details and Microsoft office
7. Has K3 Umum Certificate
