Requirements

  • High motivation to achieve specified sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM and office support applications for creating presentations, documents, excel, and others
  • Competent in the sales process, negotiation, and excellent communication
  • Capable of forming professional business relationships
  • Able to set priorities, manage time effectively, and self-management within the organization
  • Capable of creating and delivering presentations as needed
  • Holds or is currently undergoing Bachelor's education in the field of business or related areas

Responsibilities

  1. Presenting ehealth.co.id application features and benefits to healthcare facilities
  2. Analyzing healthcare facilities' needs and providing persuasive arguments for utilizing ehealth.co.id application features
  3. Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive client and customer relationships through open communication
  4. Executing the sales process through direct phone calls, identifying opportunities, and presenting tailored ehealth.co.id solutions
  5. Contacting healthcare facilities to collect data on issues and complaints, promptly addressing application bugs, and expediting information distribution for enhanced satisfaction
  6. Achieving sales targets and monthly performance goals
  7. Effectively communicating and coordinating with sales team and other departments to facilitate the sales process and contribute to team synergy
  8. Implementing best practices in online communication, responding to chats within a 24-hour timeframe for clients and the ehealth team
  9. Demonstrating openness to feedback, actively participating in learning and pursuing self-development to enhance sales processes

Extra Points

  1. Work experience as a Sales Representative
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Suite
  3. Proficient in using Odoo
  4. Holds certifications in business and sales
  5. Certification and evidence of good prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
