PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Have 3 years experience as Production Supervisor in cosmetic industry.
• Good understanding about Lean Manufacturing and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a point plus.
• Good understanding about quality management including CPKB, ISO 9001, GMP, etc.
• Strong analytical skill (root cause analysis) and problem solving.
• Good Integrity, Interpersonal, Leadership, and Communication Skills.
• Able to work shifting.
• Placement: Surabaya

Responsibility:

1. Monitoring production teams and performance including managing resources (man, machine, material).
2. Monitoring & performing the implementation of GMP/ CPKB/ ISO 9001 in production area.
3. Improve production process to be more effective & efficient.
4. Reporting regarding for production performance, set up and monitoring measurement for KPI.
