QC STAFF
As a QC Staff, the suitable candidate will be responsible for controlling the production process and product results are comply with applicable standards and work instructions, with the detail tasks below:

1. Monitor and report trial result to supervisor regularly
2. Conduct cup test and analyze sample according to predetermined standards
3. Ensure the released products are in accordance to the standard
4. Conduct random check on delivery transportations regularly
5. Validate QC internal equipment periodically
6. Ensure team in implementing the Quality Management System

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
• Have minimum 1 year experience as QA/QC is preferable (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge in Food Safety (FSSC 5.1), ISO 22000, and Halal Assurance System
• Familiar with organoleptic test procedure
• Willing to work in shift hours
• High integrity and eager to learning
• Work location: Kudus/Mojokerto

R&D Staff (Pastry and Bakery Products)
As a R&D Staff in pastry and bakery product, the suitable candidate will be responsible for:

1. Involvement in research, development and execution of potential pastry & bakery products
2. Optimize existing product formulations for taste, texture, and cost efficiency
3. Experiment with different ingredients and techniques to find alternative composition of existing products
4. Prepare and implementation panel test, and alsa make the panel test report

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Diploma in Pastry and Bakery
• Have minimum 1 year experience in pastry and bakery company is preferred
• Understanding about Halal assurance system, FSSC 22000, BPOM regulations, and pastry innovation process
• Well-skilled in Microsoft office such as Excel, PPT, and Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, high integrity, and excellent verbal also writing communication
• Work location Kudus

IT Business Analyst
As an IT Business Analyst, the suitable candidate will be responsible to:

1. Capture improvement ideas from user and deliver it to IT parties to develop solution prototypes
2. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the progress of the project execution process

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Information System
• Have minimum 1 year work experience in related field
• Well skilled in composing a business flow process modeling, and project management
• Good in creating database designs, included analytical skills, problem mapping, and designing a solution
• Familiar in execute Application Testing Skill
• Advances in operating Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Visio and other required mock up applications
• Good gnolytical and problem-solving skills
• Work location Mojokerto
