MAINTENANCE PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT (Site Based)

Responsibilities:

1. Set the standard for safety at Awak Mas Maintenance plant equipment
2. Coordinating the handover of master lists of equipment from the project team with the operational team
3. Prepare specifications for equipment that has been purchased, SOP and set up preventative maintenances
4. Prepare training requirements for maintenance team (mechanical, electrical and instrumentation)
5. Ensure the Work Management Process is effective and follows the Kinross Way for Maintenance processes and is supported by effective coordination and communication meetings
6. Ensure planner and scheduler roles are followed and goals and expectations are understood
7. Ensuring planners have the skills to fulfil their role and arrange or provide training where required
8. Consult with Maintenance Superintendents and as required to define the longterm Preventatives maintenances program
9. Support the Maintenance Superintendents with the reporting and information required to manage the maintenance of the processing plant equipment
10. Ensure effective co-ordination and communication with Supply Chain to ensure that the required parts are available when required. This includes ensuring Supply Chain participation in the planning and scheduling process
11. Preparing SOP for maintenances activities
12. Set the standard for safety Awak Mas processing plant maintentenance activities, Demonstrate visible safety leadership in line with the values

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in engineering related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required
• Minimum 10 years experiences managing maintenance planning and training in Gold Processing plant especially Gravity and CIL plant equipments
• Familiar with pronto or others maintenances planning software
• Fixed-plant mineral processing / maintenance planning experience
• Preferably have POP certification
• Familiars with Gravity - CIL processing plant equipments and their maintenances
• Leadership experience as a Supervisor or Superintendent.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with teamwork, organisational, scheduling, time, management skills and proactive attitudes
• Experience in project monitoring and evaluation and/or budgeting are highly desirable
• Strong leadership and have a good managerial expertise
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English verbal and written
