General Requirement:

• Minimum education is D3 graduate in all majors
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same field for HPU Learning Center and minimum of 3 years' experience in the same field for Engineering Division
• Has TOT certification (for HPU Learning Center)
• Has POP certification (for Engineering Division)
• A proactive and initiative-taking attitude, with the ability to learn quickly
• Must be accurate and disciplined in work habits
