Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law/HR Management. fresh graduates are preferred
• Able to perform administrative tasks and manage task
• Have good communication skills, adaptive, and willing to learn continuously

Job Descriptions

1. Support HR Business Partners in day-to-day HR activities
2. Manage administrative tasks such as following up on work contracts, recapping signed HR documents, sending HR documents to related parties, and drafting HRBP-related letters
3. Assist in employee offboarding
4. Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and support business objectives
6. Assist in maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
7. Provide administrative support for HR programs, events, and initiatives
8. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
