Job Description:

1. Perform administrative or support project duties
2. Create reports
3. Create and maintain document and database (invoice, procurement, AVL / vendor management)

Qualifications:

• Final-year student/ Fresh graduate in any degree
• Has knowledge and interest in procurement / vendor management will be an advantageous
• Excellent in doing administrative tasks
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to join 3 months internship period
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
