Graduate Development Program

The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of Mining, EPC, Human Capital, SHE, Supply Chain based on a pre-determined rotation program.

4. Graduate Development Program - Human Capital
5. Graduate Development Program - Supply Chain

Placement: All Petrosea Project

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mining Engineering or Geodetic Engineering, with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP Mining)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP EPC)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP SHE)
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Any Major with maximum graduated in 2022 (GDP Human Capital & Supply Chain)
• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
• Have minimum 480 for TOEFL / TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal, and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
• Proficient in Ms. Office and English written and verbal Willing to work in all Petroses site location all over Indonesia
