Management Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Grand Indonesia Management Trainee Program is intended for those highly motivated individuals who want to pursue a career in the retail and property industry and prepare themselves to understand the whole business process for their future leadership roles within our company. You will gain insight into how our business operates and how to elevate the customer convenience. You will be given the opportunity to contribute while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from any major with a minimum GPA is 3.0 out of 4.0
Pursuing a degree qualification, with solid academic background
Willing to undergo 2 years of service bond throughout the program period
Highly motivated and enthusiastic in the retail and property industry with an open mind to learn all functions
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced & collaborative environment
Active in school or community organizations, and have leadership experiences is a plus point
Fluent in English both in spoken and written at the business level is strongly required
