Engineering Manager - Geothermal

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plan, direct and monitor strategy of studying, researching and developing ideas for new products and the systems
2. Modify existing products or processes to increase efficiency or improve performance
3. Assessing the usability, environmental impact and safety of a design
4. Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototypes
5. Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to Project Managers and clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Min. 10 years of previous experiences in Oil and Gas operation, especially Geothermal industry
• Updated and proficient with Engineering Design software
• Good knowledge of best practice of Oil and Gas function
• Willing to be placed in site
