Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
• Utilize sourcing methods through LinkedIn and other job portals
• Conduct initial interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Collaborate with teams to align recruitment strategies with role requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or equivalent, with at least 1 year of recruitment experience and the ability to work in a hybrid setting based in Yogyakarta
