Purchase Order Officer (Jakarta)

Job Requirements:

• College Graduate (Telecommunication, Business, Management or related course)
• Ability to win negotiation with Communication skills (Good command of English language, written and spoken, Mandarin is preferable)
• At least 2 years working experience as purchasing staff or project relate work experiences
• Should have connections to other companies of the same industry (Not a requirement but an advantage)
• Microsoft Office Proficient (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Should be attentive to details, honest, proactive, and willing to overtime
• Experience working with ERP/ SAP /SRM systems for procurement management

Job Responsibility:

1. Create and process purchase orders based on requisitions from requesters
2. Monitor and track the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and s upplier information
3. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders, payments, or deliveries
4. Create and track order completion documentation and SAP system operations
