COSTING SPECIALIST
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education of SMK/ Diploma/ Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering/ Wood Technology/ Interior Design/ Architecture
• At least 2 years of experience as a Cost Estimator (R&D) in a Furniture/ Joinery company
• Understanding of Furniture/ Joinery construction
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and agile

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Calculate the material requirements for products
2. Coordinate with the R&D, Marketing, and Production teams
3. Estimate production costs for each new product being developed
4. Prepare cost analysis reports regularly to assist management decision-making

INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting will be an advantages
• Have experience in manufacture at least 1 years of work experience as an internal auditor
• Familiarity with SAP, ISO, and GMP is a advantages
• Ability to analyze data, including data in SAP, is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Conduct efficient and effective audit plans and audit programs
2. Prepare comprehensive audit findings reports and communicate them to auditees
3. Ensure working papers are complete and systematic to support audit findings
4. Monitor ongoing improvements to internal controls
5. Continuously develop oneself and seek out opportunities for continuous improvement

WAREHOUSE STAFF
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Experience minimum 1 years as a warehouse on manufacture or logistic
• Inventory control skill is advantage
• Good analyst skill & strong data analyst
• Placement in Sidoarjo / Lamongan - East Java

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Make daily accurate stok reports
2. Verify Inventory by comparing physical counts of stock and system
3. Counting and confirming inventory
4. Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
5. Marking and labeling stock
6. Storing inventory in accessible manner
7. Loading and wrapping stock on pallets

LICENSE STAFF
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• At least 2 years of Legal/ License experience in a manufacturing company
• Good at data administration
• Willing to travel
• Have a Class A driver's license (SIM A)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Operating OSS and SIINAS
2. Fulfilling and managing company permits and legalities
3. Coordinating with internal and external parties
4. Fulfilling requirements for company permits and legalities
5. Conducting administration, storage, and maintenance of permit documents
6. Reviewing and drafting agreements
