We are hiring for KOL Affiliate - Intern

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields (final year students welcome)
• Familiar with digital marketing
• Experience in Affiliate marketing
• Creative, proactive, and responsible
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written copywriting abilities
• Up to date with the latest viral trends
• Resides in Bekasi or nearby

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive influencer marketing to boost brand awareness
2. Identify KOLs that match our target audience
3. Manage KOL research, negotiations, and contract processes
4. Create and review creative content briefs for KOLs
5. Monitor and evaluate KOL partnerships
6. Report on collaboration outcomes
7. Foster strong collaborations between the company and KOLs
8. Work closely with the KOL team to achieve company targets
