APPLICANT
Jobdesc

1. Mengidentifikasi, menyelidiki, dan menyelesaikan masalah pengguna
2. Menerapkan pengetahuan tentang instrumen dan prosedur untuk memecahkan masalah
3. Melakukan instalasi dan memberi training penggunaan alat kepada customer
4. Memandu pengguna melalui proses diagnostik dan pemecahan masalah
5. Melakukan kalibrasi alat laboratorium
6. Berkolaborasi dengan staff lain untuk meneliti dan menyelesaikan masalah

Kualifikasi

• Memiliki latar belakang keilmuan Kimia
• Memiliki skill komunikasi dan presentasi yang efektif
• Berpengalaman menggunakan alat laboratorium kimia yang beragam seperti Spectrophotometer, HPLC, AAS, General Lab dll
• Memiliki pengetahuan alat laboratorium kimia dan troubleshootingnya
• Tidak buta warna
• Bersedia bekerja dengan mobilitas tinggi
• Mampu mengendarai motor dan mobil

Penempatan di Jakarta (bersedia visitasi dengan coverage area seluruh Indonesia)

PRODUCT SPECIALIST - Staff Position
The Product Specialist plays a crucial role in promoting and supporting a company's products or services. They possess in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and are responsible for educating and assisting customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing sales support to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

1. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and making educational to educato customers on product capabilities and benefits
2. Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide personalized product recommendations
3. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to contribute to product development and enhancement efforts
4. Assist in creating product documentation, user manuals, and marketing materials to support sales and customer engagement
5. Develop training materials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help customers effectively use and troubleshoot the product
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and product advancements through self-study. training, and attending relevant workshops or conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey product information and benefits to customers
• Experience as user analytical or biology laboratory instruments
• Has no colorblind
• Must be able to lift 20 kg at a time
• Must be able to work with high mobility

SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description

1. Maintenance, calibration, repair, installation, and resolving problems of laboratory instruments
2. Provide training to customers regarding the instrument
3. Produce a work and service report
4. Apply the health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) protocol
5. A chance to be trained abroad
6. To be assigned in Jakarta

Qualifications

• SMK/ diploma/ bachelor's degree in chemical analysis / electrical engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply but experienced in the related field can be advantage
• Able to communicate in English
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia
• Have driver's license C/A
