From Bangkok to Berlin, Melbourne to the Maldives, Mercure is dedicated to unveiling local treasures to our guests. To create a truly immersive experience, we seek to evoke the essence of each destination. Whether that’s through decorative design, our passion for discovering new food and beverage delights or our warm and knowledgeable service, we’re constantly surprising, invariably evocative and always locally inspired.
