FIELD ENGINEERING MANAGER
(Placement: West Papua)

Job Summary:

• Direct and control the engineering function by providing leadership and support to the people in Engineering department to ensure that schedules, budgets and manhours are achieved.

Requirements:

• Min. 15 years of experiences as Senior/ Lead design engineering roles with the last 5 years as Engineering Manager
• Proven track record of performing a Design and Engineering Management role in projects in the O&G, Mining & Mineral sector that also encompasses a multi-cultural workforce and Multinational Client
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering management principles and practices. Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process
• Background in Civil/ Structure or Mechanical, with good knowledge of multi engineering disciplines
• Extensive experiences in multiple engineering: stages (feasibility study, FEED, DED, and follow-on engineering during construction stage)
• Required to work onsite in extreme remote areas with limited facilities
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is a must
