Operational Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
2. Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
4. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
5. Monitor budget and financial performance, optimizing resources effectively
6. Collaborate with marketing to enhance hotel visibility and guest engagement

Qualifications:

• Will be placed at our rebranding property in Batam
• Minimum of 2 (two years) of experience in the similar position
• Strong leadership, have a great analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in hotel management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Sales & Marketing Background is preferred
