Job Description:

1. Responsible for the Network Culture process
2. Responsible to the Supervisor or Manager in the Lab. Network Culture
3. Carry out routine monitoring of all activity processes in the Laboratory and R&D
4. Create monitoring reports, work planning and work realization (weekly and monthly)
5. Coordinate and communicate with superiors, co-workers and subordinate operators

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy / Agriculture
• Preferably have experience working in a greenhouse or agricultural cultivation for 2 years
• Able to optimize MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Tenacious, hardworking, honest, responsible
• Willing to be placed in Humbang Hasundutan - North Sumatra or other development areas
• Able to drive a motorbike and/or car (have SIM C and/or SIM A)

Project Engineering Staff
Job Description:

1. The Project engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a projects
2. The Project engineer work to maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules
3. Lead some projects related to expansion, safety, quality and efficiency
4. Support and assist each unit business to carry out major maintenance activities

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Advance English communication
• Strong numeracy, and experience in data processing
• Familiarity with an overview of the works status of all the projects
• A keen attention to detail
• Understand manufacturing process (People, machine, process management)
• Project planning, time management and problem solving

Admin TO BPDQC Mgr
Job Description:

1. Perform secretarial & administrative work for PDQC Manager
2. Carrying out the filing system properly and correctly (hard copy and soft copy)
3. Communicate well with all groups within Indofood and outside Indofood, both inside and outside the country
4. Liaise with the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Agriculture and other regulatory departments
5. Coordinate with other departments within IFM and other departments in the Indofood Group regarding Finish Good export documents
6. Prepare FG export document requirements related to the Ministry of Trade, Ministry of Agriculture & other Depts (other than BPOM)

Qualification:

• Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Analyst, Nutrition, Secretary
• Advance English communication and Computer skills
• Have broad insight and good communication

Area Sales Promotion Representatif
Job Description:

1. Responsible for sales and BS at the Muara Bungo Depot
2. Conduct market visits 5 days a week in improvement areas
3. Carrying out NOO / NOA
4. Monitoring product delivery from Factory to Distributor
5. Continuously observe the activities of competitors, distributor salesmen and market conditions at the depot

Qualification:

• Have experience in sales and marketing min 1 year
• Can work with a team
• Honest and able to communicate well
• Have good negotiation skills
• Mastering analysis & presentation skills
• Able to drive a motorbike and/or car (have SIM C and/or SIM A)
• Willing to be placed in Muara Bungo, Jambi

Admin Warehouse
Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Menyediakan / pengadaan barang dalam rangka mensupport GTM
2. Bertanggung jawab terhadap barang keluar dan masuk
3. Bertanggung jawab terhadap stock barang agar tidak selisih
4. Bertanggung jawab terhadap FIFO barang dalam gudang
5. Bertanggung jawab pada gudang agar tidak terjadi out of stock
6. Bertanggung jawab atas perhitungan selisih stock di sales point
7. Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapian gudang

Persyaratan:

• Minimal Pendidikan D3
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Admin Warehouse / Kepala Gudang
• Mampu bekerjasama dengan team
• Mahir mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
• Teliti dan Jujur
• Bertanggung jawab
