SHE Training Specialist
Balikpapan

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct SHE training & certification sessions for employees up to supervisory level, tailoring the content and delivery methods to different audiences
2. Provide constructive feedback to trainees and participants to gain satisfaction from participants
3. Provide training and assessment results and report them to relevant parties
4. Design and develop training and certification SHE & Emergency Response Team programs that meet corporate procedure, industry needs and applicable competency standards
5. Review, evaluate, revised and validate training and certification of SHE & Emergency Response-ER program (module & scheme), include the outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment or a related Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience as professional position within a Safety, Health & Environment organization
• 2+ years of experience in operational within a Safety, Health & Environment Learning organization or similar setting
• Has knowledge of ISO 14001 / 45001, SMK3 / SMKP or any equivalent standard
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, and environmental principles
• Holds a BNSP Learning & Assessment Methodology Level III or equivalent
• BNSP Assessor is preferable
• Ahli K3 Umum / Ahli K3 Migas / Pengawas Operational Pertama (POP) certification are preferable
