PASTRY CHEF
Job Description :

1. Directs and controls all subordinate pastry staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met
2. Co-ordinates with Executive Chef in ensuring that pastry operations function efficiently and on time, and production quantities are met
3. Monitors the consistency of preparation and presentation of all pastry production areas to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards
4. To enforce and comply to the Hotel standards of procedures, rules and regulations
5. Maintaining a clear, healthy and accurate communication with superiors, colleagues and subordinates at all times
6. Ensure clean and hygiene Pastry - Bakery operation at all the time

Requirement:

• Advanced knowledge in pastry
• Excellent English language skills
• Good organizational skills
• Capable to lead, motivate and develop a team

Event Manager
Job Description :

1. Communicates with clients regarding event specifications and logistics offering suggestions to make sure their requests can be met
2. Coordinates with F&B Service and Kitchen to make sure that service of food and refreshments are on time
3. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by building and maintaining supportive and effective relationships with colleagues and associates, instilling confidence and demonstrating "chemistry with key constituents and the workforce in general
4. Consistency of hotel standards of performance
5. Ability to express effective, clear and concise written and verbal communication
6. Easily approachable with an outgoing and pleasant personality

Requirement:

• Excellent English language skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to handle demanding workload
• Computer literate

Bar Supervisor - Mixologist
Job Description :

1. Directs and controls all subordinate staff to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met
2. Oversees the service standards in the bars ensuring that they conform to the requisite standards and meet or exceed customer expectations
3. Liaises with stewarding, housekeeping and engineering to ensure that the operation runs smoothly in areas of joint responsibility
4. Assists in the planning and execution of promotional activities as directed

Requirement:

• Relevant education background
• Good Attitude
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Positive approach to customer service
• 2-3 years experience in similar position
