AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Sumatera: Banyuasin, Kotabumi, Bandar Lampung, Kayuagung, Mukomuko, Manna (Bengkulu), Baturaja, Solok, Bagan Batu, Kerinci (Riau)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Posses at least Associate Degree (D3) in any major
• Having at least 1 year of working experience on the same position (GT)
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator / Team Leader in FMCG Industry
• Having driver license (mandatory: SIM C)
• Required skills: Communication, Leadership, Selling, Negotiation, Motivating, Coaching & Problem Solving
• Required knowledge: Distribution & Coverage Management

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Supervise daily activities of distributor's sales and distribution performance
2. Monitoring and controlling active outlet and brand distribution including brands availability & visibility
3. Achieve sales target, new open outlet target and any others target set by management
4. Managing, controlling and coaching salesman traditional retail & grocery of distributor
5. Build and maintain strong relationship with outlet and distributor
