Job Description

1. Identify and approach potential clients to build new business opportunities and collaborations
2. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation
3. Create strategic promotion and campaign plans aligned with client objectives
4. Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to translate client needs in impactful deliverables
5. Offer branding, advertising, and digital campaign solutions tailored to client needs
6. Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team to ensure smooth communication and timely execution
7. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure targets are met
8. Prepare and present proposals, reports, and client presentations in a clear and compelling manner
9. Stay updated with industry trends, especially in creative, digital, and event marketing landscapes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Account Executive. Experience in a creative agency, event organizer, or digital marketing agency is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Well-groomed, confident, and personable with a strong client-service mindset
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with a can-do attitude
