Supervisor Hauling Production

Job Summary

• Lead hauling production operations at a nickel mine, coordinating surface and/or underground loading, hauling, and material handling. Ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with mine plan, while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance

Main Accountability

• Plan and supervise loading and hauling to hit production targets and budgets
• Ensure safe work practices and handle risk assessments
• Manage hauling crews and contractors; allocate resources and track performance
• Oversee equipment use and maintenance planning for loaders and trucks
• Monitor progress and coordinate with mining, quality, and maintenance teams
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper hauling documentation
• Identify improvements and drive efficiency and cost savings
• Keep records for production, maintenance, and safety
• Support commissioning, handover, and closeout of hauling activities
• Work with mine plan engineering, safety, QA/QC, survey, and project controls to improve outcomes

Preferable

• Experience in mining
• Willing to work with roster pattern and placed at our Site in Maba - East Halmahera
