Manager Accounting

Requirements

Have minimum Bachelor of Accounting
Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Oversee the end-to-end accounting process, from preparation to finalization of accounts
Deliver accurate and timely Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly financial statements
Ensure full compliance with PSAK standards, embedding best practices in daily transactions
Lead and manage statutory & internal audits from planning to completion, ensuring transparency and accuracy
Conduct in-depth GL, vendor, and receivables review; extract and analyze SAP reports to recommend corrective actions
Oversee budget input in SAP, perform variance analysis, and provide actionable insights
Maintain compliance with tax regulations and ensure timely reporting
Leverage Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting
Operate effectively within an ERP environment (SAP preferred)
