REQUIREMENTS

Min of 2 years of relevant work experience

GRAPHIC DESIGNER (PROJECT BASED)
SCOPE OF WORK

Generate creative graphic design ideas through team brainstorming for campaign proposals
Execute post-sales graphic design tasks based on client briefs, coordinating with relevant teams
Design presentation decks in line with client campaign briefs

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate (Visual Communication Design, etc.)
Min 1 year of relevant work experience
Strong artistic sense & creativity
Detail-oriented with multitasking ability
Proven portfolio needed

BRAND COMMUNICATION (PROJECT BASED)

Offline / online marketing & brand strategy development

End-to-end asset management process - from acquisition to disposal, in compliance with company policies
Maintain accurate & updated asset records
Identify & manage risks associated with asset

REQUIREMENTS

Familiar with asset tracking software and ERP systems

End-to-end procurement processes: vendor sourcing,
negotiation, purchase processing, invoicing & reporting
Align event / production procurement with timelines & budgets
Build & maintain strong vendor relationship
Provide on-site & technical insights for procurement needs
Collaborate with various teams such as Commercial & Marketing

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of work experience in event / production procurement
Deep understanding of procurement processes, system & compliance
Proven ability to manage event logistics & vendor coordination
Strong negotiation, interpersonal & collaboration skills
Excellent organization skills & attention to detail

BACKEND ENGINEER
SCOPE OF WORK

Build and maintain robust backend services and APIs
Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability
Refactor and improve backend architecture as needed
Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
Collaborate with data teams to build pipelines and integrate ML models

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of hands-on Golang experience
Strong in app architecture & design patterns (e.g., microservices)
Deep understanding of web dev, API design, testing, and deployment
Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
Skilled in optimizing and scaling distributed systems
Bonus: Experience with NodeJS, Python, Java, or PHP
