Lowongan Pekerjaan Executive Housekeeper

Grand Diamond Hotel Yogyakarta is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service excellence for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house cleaning
2. Lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping team to maintain service excellence and efficiency
3. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment while ensuring cost control and budget adherence
4. Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and operational requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3-5 years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel or resort
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a large team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety regulations
• Professional appearance, integrity, and a hands-on approach
