JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Headed and supported the day-to-day operation of the finance branch administration
2. Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making
3. Analyzed financial data and prepared reports for stakeholders
4. Led and built relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and local communities
5. Monitoring accounting and management processes, as well as human resources

REQUIREMENT

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.25
• Have good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work in a team
• Have a strong knowledge of budget planning, accounting, and financial reporting
• Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia

Management Trainee Business Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Drive sales and promote United Tractors' heavy equipment products
2. Deliver product-based solutions to customer business needs
3. Maintain good relationships with customers and assist in fulfilling their administrative needs
4. Stay updated with the market trends to identify new sales opportunities
5. Conduct sales mapping and market analysis
6. Ensure accurate and timely product information delivery

REQUIREMENT

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Business Development
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fluent in English for daily conversation and correspondence; Mandarin (highly preferable)
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interest in sales and engineering
• Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia
