One of our clients, the owner of a Hotel & Resort, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic General Manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's profitability, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing effective business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, sales, and administrative functions
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals, improving profitability, and guest satisfaction targets
- Leading, motivating, and managing the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitoring financial performance and managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
- Maintaining strong relationships with guests, staff, and external partners
Requirements:
- Had a minimum diploma degree from any relevant educational background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role within hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, finance, and revenue management
- A proactive and self-motivated team leader
- Able to deal with people at all levels professionally
- Able to speak English
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Ms Office Applications
