One of our clients, the owner of a Hotel & Resort, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic General Manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's profitability, maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing effective business strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading and overseeing daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, sales, and administrative functions
2. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals, improving profitability, and guest satisfaction targets
3. Leading, motivating, and managing the team to deliver excellent customer service
4. Monitoring financial performance and managing budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal standards
6. Maintaining strong relationships with guests, staff, and external partners

Requirements:

• Had a minimum diploma degree from any relevant educational background
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a senior leadership role within hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, finance, and revenue management
• A proactive and self-motivated team leader
• Able to deal with people at all levels professionally
• Able to speak English
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Ms Office Applications
