Location: Winongan, Pasuruan

MAINTENANCE
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. Vocational High School in Electronica / Mechatronics
• Have experience at least 2 years at manufacture Industry
• Expert in Blow Molding Machine
• Good leadership, communication skill, and responsible

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Carrying out periodic equipment / utility maintenance and repairs in accordance with the applicable machine preventive maintenance schedule
2. Supervise the implementation of machine maintenance and repair processes (corrective maintenance) to ensure ready-to-use conditions for supporting production machines
3. Maintain machine cleanliness after performing equipment / utility maintenance to prevent product contamination
4. Provide suggestions for spare part replacements, if necessary, to optimize machine performance and streamline the production process

BLOW MOLDING TECHNICIAN
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. Vocational High School in Mechanical Engineering
• Have experience at least 2 years at manufacture Industry
• Expert in Blow Molding Machine
• Good leadership, communication skill, and responsible

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Handover of production or trial information from or to the next shift, including production or trial conditions, work equipment, problems encountered and their repair progress, any missing orders or trials that must be fulfilled, and matters that coworkers need to know on the next shift
2. Conduct process improvements and record process conditions, corrective actions, and production results to avoid breakdowns, rejects, or high levels of waste
3. Conduct trials with treatments and records similar to production conditions to ensure that trial objectives are achieved
