LEGAL PROCUREMENT STAFF (LP)

Job roles:

1. Act as the legal function within the tender team in particular, as well as handle general corporate legal matters
2. Draft and negotiate all forms of agreements and tender documents
3. Review legal aspects of agreements and provide recommendations to minimize legal risks for the company
4. Coordinate across divisions in relation to procurement activities, and work closely with all other teams within the company
5. Other related tasks as required

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in an oil & gas company - cost recovery scheme
• Holding a valid PTK 007 Certificate is an advantage
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
