Construction Engineer (Location: Site, Kalimantan Utara)
Responsibility:

1. Conduct daily inspections of infrastructure works, including transportation, utilities, and public facilities
2. Identify and report infrastructure issues requiring repair to the Supervisor
3. Ensure fieldwork aligns with work plans and established quality standards
4. Supervise on-site team to ensure project execution meets schedule and technical specifications
5. Optimize the use of manpower and heavy equipment
6. Ensure all workers comply with safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
7. Report potential hazards or incidents to the Supervisor for further action
8. Communicate work instructions and address technical issues with field workers
9. Prepare daily reports on work progress, material usage, and site challenges

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with MS Office and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Utara and work in a site environment

Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Location: Jakarta)
Responsibility:

1. Develop a RFP for prospective consultant tenders
2. Review the result of the work of the infrastructure planning consultant (if any)
3. Do some in-house work-related infrastructure if needed, from planning to working drawing
4. Coordinate with the fieldwork supervisor during construction
5. Coordinate with Estate Management if additional minor work is needed after handover of the area (township)
6. Working with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to achieve project goals
7. Do adjustment of infrastructure planning due to technical justification
8. Understand grading plan by considering the hydraulics and hydrology of the area by calculating the cut & fill balance
9. Understand the concept of flood management system infrastructure by gravity, polder, or combination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Have experiences in designing flexible and rigid road pavements, both macro and micro
• Able to use Civil 3D software, HEC-RAS, and other supporting software
• Practical experience in infrastructure design, construction, or maintenance with a minimum of 5 years
• Have at least 5 years of experience in macro infrastructure planning with township areas > 100 ha
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and risk management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience as a developer and contractor is preferred

Senior Estimator (Location: Jakarta)
Responsibility:

1. Prepare RFP (Request for Proposal) documents for potential bidders, including both consultants and contractors
2. Compile project Bid Packages and manage the tender process through to administrative completion
3. Perform unit price analysis for consultant planning work
4. Develop unit price analysis for construction and infrastructure contractor work (including utilities)
5. Update cost estimates based on project changes, market prices, and other factors, serving as the basis for preparing the annual budget in line with the Company's work programs
6. Present cost estimates to management and project teams, and explain the associated assumptions and risks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience working for a Landowner
• Minimum of 5 years of experienice as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor
• Possess excellent analytical skills

Corporate Finance Assistant Manager (Location: Jakarta)
Responsibility:

1. Develop and maintain detailed financial models for infrastructure projects, including sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling (business risks modelling)
2. Conduct financial feasibility studies, risk assessments, and valuation analysis
3. Assist in structuring project commercial and financing
4. Prepare memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
5. Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to assess opportunities and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in project finance, financial institution, corporate finance, or financial advisory, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects
• Background in Big 4 advisory is a plus
• Experience working on infrastructure financing deals is an advantage
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, including cash flow projections, debt structuring, and project valuation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financing transactions
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools (Excel, VBA, or financial modelling software)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in cross-functional teams with dynamic environment
