Carbon Market Analyst
Contract (Jakarta)

Job responsibilities:

1. Analyze supply-demand trends and price benchmarks in voluntary and compliance carbon markets using a market intelligence platform
2. Consolidate and synthesize carbon market trends into actionable insights for the internal team, with a focus on implications for project pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
3. Contribute to the development of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new carbon projects by providing pricing intelligence and buyer segmentation insights
4. Prepare decks and memos post-investor calls or prospect meetings to support ongoing capital raise or sales discussions
5. Build and update dashboards, internal reports, or trackers as needed to support business development and fundraising functions

Who are we looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Environmental Science, Finance, or any related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of experience in market research, sustainability, carbon trading, or financial analysis is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboard tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Highly passion and interest in the carbon market, ESG topics, or sustainability
• Strong analytical skills
