MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT - MEDAN & RANTAUPRAPAT

Job Description

1. Develop the capabilities of Beauty Advisors (BAs) and Beauty Promoters (BPs) comprehensively to enhance their performance, in collaboration with the & Development (TND) team
2. Manage BAs end-to-end to ensure optimal productivity
3. Increase store traffic through the active role of BAS
4. Manage BPs for product activation, both offline and online
5. Build relationships with stakeholders, such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLS), Makeup Artists (MUAS), institutions, communities, and local governments, based on the touchpoints and socioeconomic segments (SES) targeted by each brand
6. Prospect and support the execution of promotional activities initiated by BPs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or market development roles
• Prior experience in managing and developing field teams (e.g., Beauty Advisors, Promoters)
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
• Creative thinking to design programs
