R&I Staff (Hair & Cleansing)

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biology, preferably an Apothecary degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Maximum working experience of 2 years is preferred
• Understanding of basic formulation for cosmetics (especially in Hair & Cleansing Formulas)
• Strong analytical abilities, which are required for design of experiments, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Job Description:

1. Analyze consumers' needs and translate those needs into cosmetic formulations and products
2. Perform and manage New Product Development for Skin Care or Make-up Products
3. Verification and Validation of New Products for Mixing and Filling
4. Develop new cosmetic products (Skin Care - Hair & Cleansing Formulas)
5. Communicate with internal and external parties
6. Conduct the registration procedure with BPOM/MUI or related parties
