• Account Payable / General Cashier (AP/GC)
• Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards
2. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support departmental goals
3. Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
4. Support management in achieving operational targets and maintaining guest satisfaction
5. Monitor financial transactions, inventory, and cost control measures
6. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork

Key Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year for AP/GC and 2 years for Assistant F&B Manager)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office and relevant hotel systems)
• Hands-on, service-oriented, and fluent in English
• A positive attitude with the ability to lead or support a team effectively
