Superintendent Community Relation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Communication, Sociology, or related field
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in community development, stakeholder engagement, or corporate social responsibility (CSR), preferably in the mining or energy sector
• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring community development and social programs
• Strong understanding of community engagement frameworks, participatory development approaches, and social impact assessment
• Knowledge of government regulations, social license to operate (SLO), and corporate social responsibility standards
• Skilled in facilitating community consultations, conflict resolution, and stakeholder mapping
• Familiar with budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to community projects
• Strong commitment to corporate ethics, sustainability, and community partnership principles
• Experience in managing relationships with local governments, NGOs, and indigenous or local communities is highly desirable
