Pacific Rubber Works, a big existing and global company in automotive for rubber and plastic parts is expanding its new business in Indonesia. Soon setting up factory is located in industrial zone, we are recruiting for the following position

HR Supervisor

Requirement for the position:

• Male or Female, age around 35 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR related
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and common IT Applications
• Mature and has a good sense of responsibility, influencing skills and analytical thinking
• 3 years minimum In HR Area

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training management and control screening matrix
2. Skill development planning and Training Need Survey
3. Develop career path and develop next gen
4. Evaluate performance and develop
