Alam Sutera is a mixed used development area that occupies more than 1222 hectare of land in Tangerang, Indonesia, which has now becoming one of the most promising areas that provide the need of residences for people in Jakarta and vicinity. After more than 20 years since its founded, Alam Sutera has essentially become an integrated property developer that focuses its business activities in the development and management of residential area, commercial areas, industrial estates, and also the management of shopping centers, recreation centers and hospitality

The journey as the leading property developer company in Indonesia began with the construction of the first project in an integrated area named Alam Sutera in 1994. This 800 hectares of land township is located in Serpong, Tangerang. Up to end of 2016, Alam Sutera had launched 37 residential clusters and 2 apartment buildings at Alam Sutera township. Each cluster comprises of 150 – 300 houses and is supported with a range of premium facilities, including: education, entertainment and healthcare centers as well as shopping centers, which has provided a convenient living. In 2009, the Company launched Alam Sutera direct exit at km 15.4 of Jakarta-Merak toll road, which essentially accommodated an easier access to Alam Sutera.
Along with the success of Alam Sutera, the Company further develops Suverna Sutera township project with a development permit of 2,600 hectares of land in Pasarkemis Tangerang. This project reinforces the Company’s business model excellence in providing integrated residential areas to provide consumers with quality of living. Up till end of 2016, in the township, the Company has completed the development of super cluster Suvarna Padi and is currently developing super cluster Suvarna Padma and Suvarna Sari.
The Company expands its range of business lines, comprising of landed houses, commercial areas, apartments, office buildings, industrial area, shopping centers and recreational areas. Until 2016, the Company has completed The Prominence office building and Paddington Heights apartment, both located in Alam Sutera township. Besides, The Company is developing the Kota Ayodhya project in Cikokol , including the construction of Jade Tower, Coral Tower, Sienna Tower, and Indigo Tower. Project located in the business district of Jakarta is The Tower which is completed in 2016. Meanwhile, The Company also has a project in Ungasan, Bali named Taman Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK), which will be an icon and the pride of Indonesia.
