PT. Trisan Esa Cipta merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang real estate dan property dengan menjadi developer perumahan, konsultan arsitek, kontraktor rumah pribadi dan interior yang berlokasi di area Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.

PT. Trisan Esa Cipta (TEC) is a start-up company focusing on property projects. In the beginning, The Housing Developer, Trisan Property provided more houses for the middle and lower class than commercial houses, because we see the large amount of homeless as a chance to help and to do business since government programs also support them with the soft loan system or subsidized. Then after the city's economy has been rising, it’s no longer possible to widen the development in this coverage area.

After creating the sustained company finances from our previous project profit, we also enlarged the project into the mid-class housing cluster and invited some investors or partners to have new cluster projects.
