Berdiri pada tahun 1996, PT. Petro Oxo Nusantara (PON) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pengolahan kimia atau industri hulu / hilir migas (minyak dan gas bumi) di sektor manufaktur petrokimia dengan kantor pusat berlokasi di area Kecamatan Gresik Kabupaten Gresik Provinsi Jawa Timur. Resmi beroperasi mulai tahun 1998, PT. PON merupakan pionir produsen 2-Ethyl Hexanol (2EH) di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara, serta memproduksi Iso-Butanol (IBA), N-Butanol (NBA), dan Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO2). Sebagai salah satu industri petrokimia strategis, PT. PON Dilengkapi dengan penggunaan teknologi Oxo Process, aldol kondensasi, dan hidrogenasi dalam proses produksinya.

PT Petro Oxo Nusantara (PON) is a pioneer of the 2-Ethyl Hexanol (2EH) industry, Iso-Butanol (IBA), Normal-Butanol (NBA), and Liquid Carbondioxyde (LCO2) in Indonesia and South East Asia. Established on May 9, 1996, The Company has now covered a broad market both locally and internationally.

The Company’s factory was first built in May 1996 and officially operated since September 1998. On its journey, the company managed to increase operating results by 110% in January 2000 also awarded and certificated with FSSC22000: Version 3 and Halal Certificate for LCO2 and ISO 9001:2008, along with the Company’s continuous growth.
