1. Country Shopping Experience Leader

Tugas:

  • Contribute to the creation of the country business plan by supporting the development of a multichannel shopping experience by fulfilling the emotional needs of customers in order to build brand loyalty.
  • Align and optimise relevant working methods to secure the required co-worker competence to support the shopping experience. Drive the mindset change and develop the support needed in creating a caring meeting with customers where co-workers are engaged and stimulated.
  • Ensure that “ways to shop” are relevant and easily express all the IKEA shopping choices available in a multichannel retail reality. Contribute to relevant stakeholder improvements to the IKEA store layout and customer guidance communication.

  • Share best practices and benchmark operational excellence to enhance the positive shopping experience. Be the customer insight expert and identify gaps between customer expectations and experience so that the complete country organization can then act upon them.

Profil:

  • Sound understanding of business and a background gained from working in a customer-focused, fast-paced and multichannel retail environment. Experienced in creating and implementing mid-term plans and following up goals.
  • Self-confident and assertive with the ability to influence through the use of customer insight. Proven record/experience of developing people and organizations.

2. Service Portfolio Manager

Tugas:

  • You understand the customer’s needs and their life at home, supported by the global consumer research, input and feedback. You use to implement the long-term direction of the service product offer strategy.
  • You responsible and accountable in defining, developing, implementing and following-up the content of the overall service product offer.
  • You working with the commercial team and with the Stores to maximize the commercial opportunities and implement IKEA service strategy.
  • You responsible for service communication throughout all media so that customers are aware of the offer, understand, how is it priced and how to buy it.

3. Service Portfolio Manager

Tugas:

  • You accountable for ensuring my team uses the knowledge of the national market and competition to proactively secure our competitive advantage to be the first choice for home furnishings.
  • You work with the team and with the support other functions. You present the products in ways that reflect the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire our visitors in new and existing stores.
  • You ensure the customer focused throughout the store. This will help us to be the first choice for home furnishings and leader at life at home in our local market.
  • You ensure the completion of representing width and depth of the range. In order to implement the mechanical sales system and easy buying process in new stores.
  • You will lead in an efficient and effective way in all media, in order to prioritize expansion plans and/or store openings.

Profil:

  • Experience of working in a customer-oriented (service or retail) industry including experience of leading and managing a team on a customer-oriented service.

4. Bali Service Point Manager

Tugas:

  • Secure a consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels by ensuring that your unit is always striving to fulfil the three IKEA customer motivators: “Is it worth it?”, “Can I trust IKEA”, “Is there something for me?”
  • Deliver and lead the commercial action plan for your service point; taking into account the strategic priorities of the e-commerce business. Maximize sales and tailor the range to the local market, driving profitability.
  • Follow up your financial goals, KPIs and costs, and take action on deviations. You know about profit and loss and how to affects its result through departmental actions.
  • Responsible to motivate and develop team members. With your team and other functions, you know your local market potential to ensure your store is locally relevant throughout the different sales channel.

Profil:

5. Home Furnishing & Interior Design Specialist

Tugas:

  • Secure relevancy vitality and inspiration planning and implementing the functional media and secure yearly update aligned with country BP and range priorities.
  • Contribute to the Vitality and the store inspiration, support the commercial priority in line with the country and the local relevancy in the functional media creation.
  • Support the brand positioning and sales goals using the IKEA knowledge to design and sell Home solutions that meet and exceed customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Actively cooperate with all key stakeholders in the store and in SO within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus, and to maximize impact.
  • Actively promote and implement HF&RD directions to support the Better life at home movement and responsible for developing and adapting interior design relevant solutions and opportunities in line with local commercial priorities and Country common guidelines.

Profil:

  • Ability to design and sell complete home solutions and services and to work cross over functions (Sales and CR and IB).
  • Interior design or similar background.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Understand and always up to date for interior design and trends that influence home furnishing and life at home.
  • Understand life at home in the local market and the outcome of market, e.g. IKEA Customer Satisfaction survey, IKEA Brand Capital home visits and how to utilize the insights to create inspiring commercial solutions.

6. Sales Support

Tugas:

  • Knowing our global priorities, our range, the national market and competition to actively support Sales Leaders to develop their home furnishing business plan. Also support Sales Leaders by analyzing the range frame, to ensure the correct range for every store.
  • Supporting price change management process, to upload the price changes form and monitoring the result in system. You ensure the price reflect correctly in store without issue. You also knowing the principles of the mechanical sales system and using this to check in-store communication and supports the process.
  • Coordinate the year cycle and knowing the timetable and priorities of annual sales meeting, both national and international. Including having a good knowledge of how stores work, the country commercial calendar and the needs of customers.
  • Knowing our department action plan and support the goals and targets given which ensure the delivery of this plan. This also include the impact of the actions on the financial results of your area and know which results I have influence over.
  • Actively build a strong network with other service office function in order to access appropriate information to support the achievement of our sales priorities.

7. Sales Commercial Activity Leader

Tugas:

  • You secure the vitality of our stores in all media by working closely with the commercial team and marketing. Using the knowledge to secure a range mix that is appropriate for our national market. Including analyze store performance, customer feedback and the database to identify commercial activities.
  • You ensure a qualitative and efficient implementation in the country, securing that all functions take responsibility for delivering their part.
  • You supporting a fast implementation of planned activity changes, securing a red thread throughout the stores and external medias. Including selecting and using free range products to maximize commercial activities.
  • You supporting the stores in executing the commercial calendar, monitoring and acting on their sales results, major stock issues and working with logistics.
  • You define, agree and deliver national sales, gross margin, gross profit, store visitors and other KPI and goals for commercial activities. You responsible for the national price deviations in the commercial activities and support the co-ordination.

Tugas:

  • Support the brand positioning and sales goals using the IKEA knowledge to design and sell Home solutions that meet and exceed customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Understand life at home in the local market and the outcome of market research, e.g. IKEA Customer Satisfaction Survey, IKEA Brand Capital home visits and how to utilize the insights to create inspiring commercial solutions.
  • Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge about home furnishing, retailing and trends that influence home furnishing and life at home.
  • Secure relevancy vitality and inspiration planning and implementing the functional media and secure yearly update aligned with country BP and range priorities.
  • Contribute to the Vitality and the store inspiration, support the commercial priority in line with the country and the local relevancy in the functional media creation.

Profil:

  • Ability to generate, present and communicate in an inspiring way ideas and solutions internal and external customers.
  • Ability to design and sell complete home solutions and services and to work cross over functions Sales and Customer Relations. Experience of working as an interior designer.
  • Computer proficient with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (e.g. AutoCad).
  • Experience of working in a fast retail environment. Good analytical and strategic skills and the ability to steer the store business over the short-, mid- and long term.
  • Based in Bali.

9. Retail Solutions/Activity Leader

Tugas:

  • Understand range coordination and visual technique. Skilled in graphic design and on line and off line merchandising.
  • Plan and support implementation of the range merchandising across all the area of the Customer meeting point.
  • Work with the Interior designers and the other colleagues to secure a great customer journey, with flexibility and ability to work cross function if needed.
  • Support the brand positioning and sales goals using the layout and communication in a strategic way.
  • Secure vitality, range inspiration and implementing the working with layout knowledge to support the customer meeting point commerciality.

Profil:

  • Ability to generate, present and communicate in an inspiring way ideas and solutions internal and external customers.
  • Architect shop design & retail background.
  • Actively promote and implement commercial directions to support the Better life at home movement and responsible for developing and adapting range solution and merchandising.
  • Ability to design and sell complete home solutions and services and to work cross over functions.

10. Food Manager CMP

Tugas:

  • Being accountable for operating the IKEA Food areas within the IKEA store in accordance with IKEA and Dairy Farm Quality and Food Safety requirements. Promoting a “safety first” culture where co-workers are encouraged to raise and discuss concerns and solutions.
  • Ensure efficient goods handling, ordering, receiving and storage of goods, according to Food Safety Policy, and needs according to production plan and operational forecast. Create operational forecast to supplier. Secure monthly stock count/inventory is carried out according to SOP.
  • Always consistently improve customer satisfaction by ensuring our customer are always in focus and strive to make them smile, assure our customer always have a great shopping experience and willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the IKEA values.
  • Secure optimal productivity by ensuring an optimal staff planning process to meet guests’ needs.
  • Securing that the store is always in shape as new in terms of conceptual and commercial standards and with the necessary capacity for growth.

Profil:

  • Interested in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishings, food service industry and want to learn about local food culture.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume and vibrant retail environment and develop people to excellence in performance. Organize, plan and prioritize. Decision-making, problem-solving ability, and tactical thinker.
  • English communication skills. Communicates well with others and able to influence and cooperate with different functions.
  • Able to operate MS Office literate.
  • Based in Bali.

11. IKEA Food Co-worker

Tugas:

  • Complying with and follow internal rules, policies and daily operational routines regarding issues like quality, food safety and stock figures as set by my manager. Safety is top priority.
  • Attracting visitors to the stores, encouraging IKEA store visitors to stay longer and enjoy more, and making it fun for everyone. See your area through the eyes of our customer by willing to listen and support them with an attitude based on the IKEA values.
  • Giving new ideas to manager on how to continuously improve the meeting with our customers.
  • Ensure the quality, freshness, efficiency, and an appealing range presentation, by following set product sheets and responsible for a clean, tidy, organized, priced, attractive, visually inviting workspace to increase customer’s satisfaction.
  • Work effectively both individually and in a teamwork.

Profil:

  • Interested in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishings. Experienced of working in quick service restaurant; bread, pastry, and bakery; and kitchen production.
  • Confident in approaching and talking to people in a friendly manner. Service-minded and always keep the customer in focus.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  • Computer literate, specifically MS Office.
  • Based in Bali.

12. IKEA Food Team Leader CMP

Tugas:

  • Ensure that the IKEA Quality and Food Safety Policies and routines are followed – including reporting of incidents, potential incidents through CASY and inform the manager, which contributes to creating a “safety first” culture.
  • Wok proactively on daily work routines are in place, e.g. goods flow, stock control, purchasing, ordering, production, and waste management and all food cash line operations a followed according IKEA policy.
  • Lead by example and am a good ambassador for the IKEA CMP in all contact with our guests, and I give them a good reason to return again and again.
  • Ensure that you have the customer in focus and meet your customers with a positive, friendly, and service-minded. Ensure customer has a wholesome experience at IKEA Food with regular walks around the store in the effort of receiving feedback and act based on their input.
  • In the absence of Food CMP manager, you secure an optimal productivity by ensuring an effective staff planning process to meet customers’ needs.

Profil:

  • Passionate and sales-driven about home furnishings and people’s life at home.
  • Experience of serving customers and working in high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Good communication skills and be MS Office literate.
  • Experience in being in decision-making positions, while also working in a team to develop action plans and problem solve together.

13. Goods Flow Co-worker
Tugas:

  • Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the assigned store goods flow tasks. Responsible for a clean, tidy, organized, priced, attractive, visually inviting workspace.
  • Perform effectively the store Goods Flow operations and especially the administrative tasks that support an efficient Goods Flow process.
  • Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximize product availability for customers.
  • Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, actively help and support colleagues in the department to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.
  • Contribute to the agreed goals of the action plan by being involved in the goalsetting process to optimized daily goods flow operations by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using and sharing knowledge and skills.

Profil:

  • Interested in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishings. Experience in retail and logistics processes, tools and working methods.
  • Knowledge and skills of safe and efficient forklifts driving working methods confirmed by Forklift Operator Certifications according to IKEA rules and Local legislation.
  • Experienced in following action plans and working methods through guidance from managers and enjoy working with a fast-paced retail environment and use technical equipment.
  • Computer literate especially MS Excel and experience with computerized inventory system.

14. Logistics Manager

Tugas:

  • Lead the store logistics team and work with the country In-store Logistics and the store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times and at the lowest possible cost.
  • Secure the quality of products, merchandising, stock accuracy and customer shopping experience in the store. Secure correct usage of short- and mid-term capacity needs by creating operating capacity through space optimisation using available working methods and routines.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Supply Support team in CFU to secure a common short- and mid-term capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store in order to maximise efficient logistics operations with the right balance in smooth incoming volume.
  • Ensure that the logistics team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety and security and the environment.

16. Sales Manager

Tugas:

  • Lead by example every day, supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers as a team to focus on putting the customer’s shopping experience first.
  • Responsibility for department goals and ensure action plan is in place and take action accordingly by using proven solutions and good examples. Ensure that co-workers have the knowledge, confidence, responsibility, authority and desire to support customer.

  • Proactively in finding opportunities and acting on them to maximize sales through understanding customers and maximize sales whilst maintaining profitability by knowing and actively steering towards the top-selling and prioritized products, both Offline and Online.
  • Work actively to support sales and payment to ensure a smooth customer journey Offline and Online. Ensure easy buying by securing shopping tools is always available for customer. Solving problem in relation to customer complaints, operational challenges, and contributes to productivity of your team.

Profil:

  • A good communicator who speaks to co-workers and customers in a friendly and engaged manner and be computer literacy skills.
  • Customer service oriented and sales skills are top notch. Assess a customer’s needs quickly and sell them a solution, providing all sorts of support to aid them in their buying decision.
